Fairly simple, but I have almost no artistic skill myself and the guy i asked before hasn't responded after two months. Alrighty, bit vague and somewhat robot rainbow dash minecraft skin ponytail, but I got all the essentials and an image that Earth Pony, default size, male, green eyes Ones just your normal green but the left eye is much more like a neon green.
Cutie mark is a grey wrench placed diagonally. Here's the harder part. The left hind leg is obviously mechanical, with a tool belt crossing and a holster holding a wrench in the same position as the cutie mark opposite.
That part may be a bit tricky, as I suspect that the skin frame is copied for both hind and front legs. If you can't do it for that or other technical reasons, just leave it out. This is a minor thing, but it's bugging me and the people on the server I play on. Something about having a Changling around distresses them Anyway, thanks, and I hope for a robot rainbow dash minecraft skin ponytail response! The horn looks weird, but that's because it blended in with the background - don't worry, it's all there. Welp, I still want somepony to make Jappleack, but All you have to do is make Applejack's Jappleack's mane look like robot rainbow dash minecraft skin ponytail not in a ponytail, duh.
